Customer Service Advisor

This is what you’ll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join an energetic and busy Construction company based on the outskirts of Cardiff. You will work within the customer service team and closely with customer sales/orders and enquiries for building products. You will also:
  • Respond to customers’ enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
  • Plan and track orders to completion
  • Schedule and reschedule orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively
  • Compile and maintain accurate records as required
  • Communicate effectively with commercial and production teams and also haulage partners
  • Proactively manage old debt recovery though query programme
  • Identify and contribute to managing your own personal development in collaboration with your line manager
  • To assist internal sales during busy / holiday periods by inputting and maintaining digital quotations

  • Empathetic and understanding about emotions and situations.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • Driven and motivated to achieve and beat targets and objectives.
