This is what you’ll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join an energetic and busy Construction company based on the outskirts of Cardiff. You will work within the customer service team and closely with customer sales/orders and enquiries for building products. You will also:
- Respond to customers’ enquiries, queries and complaints in an efficient and professional manner
- Plan and track orders to completion
- Schedule and reschedule orders whilst utilising haulage fleet effectively
- Compile and maintain accurate records as required
- Communicate effectively with commercial and production teams and also haulage partners
- Proactively manage old debt recovery though query programme
- Identify and contribute to managing your own personal development in collaboration with your line manager
- To assist internal sales during busy / holiday periods by inputting and maintaining digital quotations
As a friendly customer service advisor, you’ll need to be:
- Passionate about providing excellent customer service to all customers.
- Empathetic and understanding about emotions and situations.
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Driven and motivated to achieve and beat targets and objectives.
- Friendly and supportive to both other team members and customers.
As a customer service advisor, you will receive:
- A Salary up to £24,000 a year depending on experience
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
