​Customer Success Executive

Cardiff (currently work from home)

£28,000 + bonuses (£45,000 p/a ote)


Are you a driven and passionate person who has experience in Shipping, Aviation, Logistics or similar? Are you an excellent problem solver who possesses first class communication and negotiation skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced and interesting environment?


If so, then please read on. We are currently working with a market leader to hire a Customer Success Executive. You'll be working as part of a friendly and welcoming team with plenty of support available as you develop this new role. As this is a new position, you'll have the opportunity to put your own stamp on the role, and potentially grow your own team in the future.


This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Engaging with clients on a daily basis to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.

  • On-boarding new customers, walking them through our client's innovative reporting platform.

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of products and an understanding of what’s happening in the

  • industry so that you can drive continuous client engagement.

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with allocated accounts to ensure the business continues to meet the expectations of its customer base.

  • Maintaining accurate records and details of all allocated customer account activity through the company’s CRM system.

  • Gaining customer feedback to assist with product development.


The experience you’ll bring to the team:

This role would suit someone who genuinely enjoys engaging with customers. This is not a 'hard sales' role. Much more centred around Customer Retention and Account Management.

  • Top notch written and verbal communication skills are absolutely essential to the role.

  • A diplomatic approach to resolving queries.

  • Ability to build trusting relationships to return custom.

  • Flexibility and willingness to go ‘above and beyond’ in an International industry.

  • Experience with Hubspot CRM is desirable

  • Experience in Maritime/Shipping/Logistics/Aviation is preferred
