​I am recruiting for an experienced Customer Success Manager/ Account Manager to join a small but rapidly growing tech start up business based in Newport.

You will be working within the sales team, in a customer focused support role dealing with SME businesses through to much larger global organisations.

The ideal candidate will be commercially minded and be responsible for supporting with business growth whilst maintaining extremely customer centric and delivering excellent customer service at all times.

 

What are the responsibilities as a Customer Success Manager?

·        Account management – build and maintain relationships with customers in a planned and proactive way

·        Work with the sales team to increase customer satisfaction with new and existing customers

·        Support with client onboarding – create customer requirements, contacting customers and support where appropriate

·        Implement a metric tracking system in order to increase customer satisfaction

·        Support with inbound tickets

 

What Skills/ Experience do I need?

·        At least 2 years experience in an Account Management/ Customer Success role

·        Experience in a client service role with IT/software/technology products

·        Ability to balance sales with being customer centric at the same time

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Highly organised, diligent and prompt responses

·        Ability to establish and maintain rapport with clients

·        Integrity and a bias for doing the right thing for customers

·        Ability to learn basic HTML so you can make config changes for customers
