As a Data Engineer, this is what you’ll be doing

You will have strong experience of data-engineering and be able to work within small agile teams and contribute to all aspects of the product development process. You will build well-crafted, reliable software using technologies listed below. Work closely with platform users, company leadership and your team to create innovative solutions for new features. Maintain and improve the performance, maintainability and quality of existing solutions. You will be able to write code to a high standard. You will be flexible and willing to accept changes in priorities as necessary

As a Data Engineer, the experience you’ll need to bring to the team

•      Experience with ETL development, AWS Glue, Apache Spark, Python & Pandas

•      Experience of working in Agile teams with Scrum or Kanban

•      Strong knowledge with TDD or BDD

Expertise in any of the following technologies would be highly beneficial;

•      Amazon Web Services

•      API Gateway, Lambda

•      Cloudformation

•      Step Functions

•      NoSQL and/or SQL databases

•      React, Redux, NodeJS

•      TypeScript/JavaScript

As a Data Engineer, this is what you’ll get in return
