The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Digital Delivery and Insights Manager to join their team. They are an extraordinary organisation based in Cardiff with a diverse workforce and inclusive culture.
You’ll be joining a company full of passionate individuals, who take pride in their work and the business. In return, our dedicated teams are supported, encouraged, nurtured, developed, and rewarded. The team itself is made up of a couple Web Developers, Digital Architect, and Digital Support officer. The presence within Digital is a new area for my client and they are looking for someone who is as passionate and hard working as they are to drive this new area forward with momentum.
You’ll be joining a hardworking, supportive, and inclusive team and company who put the customer at the heart of everything they do and take pride in their work and their brand.
What the Digital Delivery and Insights Manager will be doing
The ideal Digital Delivery and Insights Manager will be required to help support this new area of Digital to hit the long term goals the company has set out currently.
- They are looking for someone who can help get 80% of the organisation’s contacts through the digital platform within 7 years
- They are looking for someone to oversee the maintenance and upgrades the company’s website
- They need someone to help develop big changes within Digital to meet the organisation’s targets and project deadlines.
What the successful Digital Delivery and Insights Manager will bring to the team
They are looking for someone who has the following:
- Degree in computing/ info systems or business management
- Demonstrable experience in delivering digital customer services and enabling improved service and efficiency. Experience of Microsoft Manager, Mulesoft, Global Pay, Social Media platforms is desirable
- 5 years+ demonstrable experience in leading a high performing team delivering exceptional results.
Good to haves
- Be able to conduct horizon scanning
- Able to get the business onboard new changes/developments
- Help with business engagement
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership and guidance skills
