£23,000 per annum + benefits

Are you someone with a basic understanding of Event Coordination who is looking for the next step in your career? Perhaps you've recently graduated or completed an internship and are looking for a permanent opportunity within the professional services sector?

Yolk Recruitment are pleased to be exclusively partnered with a leading professional services organisation to hire an Events Coordinator. This role would suit someone who is exceptionally organised and who has first class communication skills, both in writing and verbally.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Coordinating the delivery of events and webinars, in line with existing protocols and business plans.
  • Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to help deliver targeted events, and achieve KPIs.
  • Working with the location support teams to enable operational delivery of events and webinars.
  • Communicating with external and internal speakers, collating their materials and ensuring they are kept up to date.
  • Working with wider marketing team to ensure that events are delivered on time and in budget.
  • Responding to internal requests through the Events Inbox.
  • Making updates to company website with upcoming events.
  • Producing invitations and email signature banners to promote events, where appropriate.
  • Producing registration reports and circulate to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring all material produced and distributed at events reflects the organisation's visual identity.
  • Supporting in the editing and distribution of webinar video/audio content, as needed.
  • Researching market trends and data to improve quality of events, including competitor events, invite designs, online event platforms and hybrid event formats.

The skills and experience that you'll bring to the team:

  • You'll be exceptionally organised and possess the ability to support and organise others.
  • You'll preferably have some experience of delivering successful face to face event in addition to hosting/supporting virtual event experiences.
  • Some experience working with external suppliers would be an advantage.
  • You'll possess interest or experience in producing video content.
  • You'll have a general understanding of how events contribute to wider marketing campaigns
  • You'll possess strong copy-writing skills and ability to adapt style to different audiences and channels.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM will stand you in good stead.
