We are working with a large Public Sector organisation who are looking for a new Head of People to help lead their organisation. The role will be responsible for creating a culture which attracts the best talent to our organisation, develops and nurtures our people to enable them to operate to the best of their ability.
This is what you’ll be doing as Head of People
Develop and implement a people strategy which sets out how we want to attract the highest calibre individuals to our organisation and develop our people to deliver
Plan, deliver and evaluate the development of our people to ensure we balance current and future business needs and personal development
To oversee the plans to ensure that the business can continue to operate in a crisis.
To ensure our people policies are aligned with our people strategy
The experience you’ll bring to the team
CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
Advocate and promoter of modern HR techniques
Sound understanding of diversity issues and able to lead the organisation to be exemplar model
Experience of operating at senior leadership levels in an organisation, with the ability and experience of building strong, positive working relationships
Experience of managing teams in a home working /remote environment
What you’ll get in return
Salary of £63,950
