Are you a data driven Head of Performance who is looking for a progressive role where you’re able to lead the strategic direction of a growing creative agency? Do you have experience in a performance based leadership role, preferably within a DTC brand or creative agency setting?

Yolk Recruitment ltd are partnered with a leading creative agency which services high profile clients across the globe. You will be heavily involved in the development of our creative team and take ownership of all performance marketing functions throughout the business.

Working closely with the CEO and the senior management team, you will be a
figurehead within the business, providing data-led insights and strategic direction to the account management team and wider creative teams in order to maximise performance.


Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Working closely with clients on new growth proposition to optimise product strategy, budgets, messaging and creative execution in order to scale the ad account rapidly.

• Aggregating creative insights and data across client base and feeding this into creative teams to drive creative innovation.

• Supporting Creative Account Managers to execute creative insights reports and spot trends that they may otherwise miss.

• Creating and managing testing campaigns on behalf of clients where needed.

• Up-skilling the client success team to analyse and report-on performance data from client ad accounts’.

• Liaising with clients on creative testing best practices and insights from the account that may support client lifetime value.

• Creating, managing and optimising Facebook ad campaigns on behalf of clients in new growth proposition.

• Leading ad performance reporting for all clients on new growth proposition.

• Leading company-wide performance marketing workshops.

• Working closely with the CEO to build the strategic direction of the business based on performance-backed insights.

The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:

• You’ll have extensive technical understanding of key paid social channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok) and their technical differences.

• You’ll have experience as a performance marketing leader or related role with a DTC brand or agency.

• You’ll have demonstrated ability to build and manage a custom data / attribution suite and work with analytics tools like GA4, Google Sheets and Supermetrics.

• You’ll have experience ideating and delivery campaigns across key paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, Google (PPC) and YouTube.
