HR Administrator
 
Yolk Recruitment are working closely with a world leading manufacturer of dental products to find a HR administrator to join their team in Gloucester. The company are busier than ever after the impact of Covid19, they are growing from strength to strength and are looking for an individual who can work in this fast-paced environment.
 
This is an exciting new opportunity for a HR Administrator to support the HR team by ensuring that all HR systems and processes are administered and coordinated in a professional and timely manner.
The role will focus on the employee life cycle which includes:
 
  • Managing the processes for new starter and leavers: such as inductions and exit interviews.
  • Supporting with the recruitment process and onboarding of staff
  • Managing the HR inboxes to ensure queries are responded too in a timely manner
  • Managing the day-to-day administration including updating of documents and employee records alongside completing various reports
  • Tracking, booking, and monitoring of occupational health cases
  • Processing of all probationary reviews
  • Working in partnership with HR related third party providers
 
The experience you’ll bring to the team:
 
As a friendly and approachable HR Administrator, you’ll need to have excellent communication skills and experience within an administrative position
 
You’ll also need:
 
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft (kronos will be a bonus)
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Excellent in organisational skills
  • Confidence in ability to work alone and as part of a team
  • Working towards CIPD qualification would be handy but isn’t essential

As a HR Administrator, you will receive:
 
  • A salary of £26,000 to £28,000 a year depending on experience
  • A fantastic and dynamic team to work with every day
  • 9-5 Monday- Friday, the hours can be flexible if required
  • Excellent training opportunities and the potential to complete qualifications during the role
