What You'll Be Doing as an In house Junior Solicitor

• Handle litigation to enforce housing rights and maximise Legal Aid income.
• Provide flexible cover and support to housing advice services.
• Attend meetings for legal updates and contribute to manual maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.

To thrive in this role, as an In house Junior Solicitor
The ideal candidate will be either a newly qualified solicitor with 2 years prior experience in housing law, or a 2 year PQE solicitor with civil litigation experience, running their own cases.

* Experience of handling a range of legal cases (including litigation)
