​Business Development Manager

What you’ll be doing

Our client are looking for a dynamic internal salesperson to join the team and help with canvassing and generating new business in line with company set objectives and targets:

• Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be an important member of the key national account team

• responsible for finding new opportunities & developing new customers

• Also responsible for growing sales with existing accounts.

• You will be required to actively prospect for new business, book appointments for external sales people

• follow-up inbound sales leads, support marketing campaigns

• qualify opportunities and identify potential new areas of business

What you’ll bring to the table

• at least 2 years sales experience

• You will be an ambitious salesperson with a proven track record of finding, qualifying and closing new opportunities.

• You will be resilient with a positive "can do" attitude to your job and your life.

• You will have excellent IT capabilities, in particular Microsoft Office and CRM experience.

What You’ll get in return

• £30,000 - £40,000 salary

• Competitive commission structure OTE £55,000 +

• On site parking
