​Junior DevOps Engineer              

Cardiff/Fully remote

Up to £38,000

This is a chance for an ambitious professional currently undertaking DevOps responsibility to expand their exposure to DevOps by joining a dynamic and forward-thinking public-sector organisation and the forefront of public sector digital transformation.

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, this is what you’ll be doing

• Build and Release of software, Including CI/CD 

• Working in an agile team you will develop relationships with other teams to enable product delivery

• Assist in the cloud migration process and the end of life of the companies on-site data centres 

• Work with architects to translate designs into infrastructure and operations

• Work with supporting parties in providing infrastructure and cloud services

As a Junior DevOps Engineer the experience you’ll need to bring to the team

• Exposure and understanding of Cloud technologies, e.g. Azure, AWS, or GCP

• Understanding of automation such as Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet etc.

• Experience supporting and maintain CI/CD in a hybrid cloud environment

• Experience working to best practices and following Agile methodologies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to communicate with stakeholders across the business

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, this is what you’ll get in return

• Salary of up to £38,000
