Junior Private Client NQ, Legal Executive or Paralegal

​The Opportunity

A regional law firm is looking for a junior Private Client Solicitor, Legal Exec or Paralegal who can assist the Principal Partner with his caseload directly. A training contract is also a possibility for the right candidate

​This is what you’ll be doing

·        Assisting on a case load of Estate Administration, Wills and Power of Attorney matters with supervision

·        Completing inheritance tax forms

·        Assisting on advice on Tax, trust, inheritance & capital gains tax and offshore assets

​The experience you’ll bring to the team

·        A Junior Solicitor, Legal Executive or Paralegal

·        Some experience in Private Client work

·        Competent user of Microsoft Office software and case management system

·        Excellent Client care skills

·        Calm and confident manner to handle potentially challenging matters

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines​
