The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Junior UX Designer to join their team on a permanent basis.
The organisation is an international company with strong UK heritage. This role gives you the opportunity to work with an innovative company across various brands both business to business and business to consumer. The role itself covers the UK and international market and all the challenges and opportunities that entails.
What the Junior UX Designer will be doing
The ideal Junior UX Designer will have a portfolio to demonstrate their UX work either from qualification work or of industry experience.
- You will be developing UX wireframes into bespoke web layouts.
- You will continuously seek to broaden your knowledge of recent technologies and trends in the digital world.
- Prepare assets for the development teams, including collaborating with them to ensure your designs are developed accurately in the live environment.
What the successful Junior UX Designer will bring to the team
They are looking for someone who has a passion for UX design and an eagerness to learn.
- You will have either a qualification in Design or UX research OR 2+ years of industry experience.
- Either an interest in data or an interest in the industry.
- Portfolio to demonstrate your work
