Lead .NET Developer | Belfast | Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) | Up to £75,000 + 17% Bonus | 2 Stage Interview Process

Yolk Recruitment are working with one of the worlds leading consultancies who are looking to grow their software engineering function in their Belfast office. They're looking for a Lead .NET Developer to take on the leadership of one of their scrum teams.

If successful you will join an experienced team & take on technical leadership on large scale business transformation projects for enterprise level business in both public & private sector. Their develop using Microsoft stack (C# / .NET) with applications & systems hosted in Azure in a highly Agile / Scrum focused environment.

They operate hybrid working with 2 days per week onsite at their Belfast office.

Main Responsibilities:

• Developing solutions in Microsoft Stack (C# / .NET) including web applications, backend systems etc.
• Provide technical leadership across Agile teams; coaching and mentoring developers.
• Guide the engineering of high quality software products to support the Business.
• Collaborate with the Architects to develop our blueprints into design documentation.
• Innovate whilst selecting the best tools and emerging technologies.

Skills Required:

• Strong expedience building solutions in C# / .NET.
• Experience leading Agile / Scrum teams.
• Experience with cloud hosted development (Azure).
• Exposure to architecture & design.
