Yolk Engineering is exclusively managing a new opportunity created with this successful manufacturing business that has for over 20 years provided security, stability and development for their Engineers.

The business is continuing to benefit from a sustained investment in automation and improvement projects, and as a result has created a new opportunity for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

This is a three shift role, electrically biased and requiring mechanical knowledge and skills. The business has demonstrated a commitment to developing Engineers with a broad range of fully funded training available, including the latest and best PLC training available. Salaries have been reviewed and increased annually and there is overtime available for those interested in making the most of their earning potential.

This is what you’ll be doing as Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer 

You’ll provide support on all technical aspects of the businesses production operation, carrying out maintenance, repair and fault recovery on a range of production equipment. You’ll also be involved in varied projects in a rapidly developing business.

The experience the successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer will bring to the team

HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering 

Knowledge of PLC controlled production equipment (fault finding, programming not essential)
