Office Manager
An established project management consultancy business are looking for an Office Manager to join their company. They are looking for someone who can manage the team, the office and support the Directors. If this would be something of interest please get in touch today.
This is what you’ll be doing
· Assist with resourcing projects and prioritise projects for the team
· Check project completion dates against deadlines and making sure the team are achieving each stage
· Be point of contact or all employees, monitor staff resources and availability and check each employers’ targets
· Full HR duties, holiday request, sickness, timesheets reviews, expenses, appraisals and support
· Assisting in full recruitment process from interviews to onboarding
· Liaising with IT support, manage office keys and alarm
· Maintain health and safety within the office, onsite parking and office stationery
· Management of staff training, identify training opportunities and track progression
· Update the website and social media pages
