Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for an open shift consultant to working with a world leading aerospace company to assist the Client with the design, planning phase, and the migration of their application estate from OpenShift v3.11 to OpenShift v4.x.

Responsibilities:

• Migrating their OCP v3.x applications to OCP v4.x
• Evaluating the automation processes for deploying the application estate.
• Migrating the AMQ Broker and Interconnect instances from Template to Operator based deployments.
• Ansible role updates used for application build and deployments.
• Improving the agreed container base images to their latest tag for our applications
• Offering advice and guidance on Red Hat recommended practice for the use of Red Hat OpenShift and Ansible within the Client's environments.

Key Skills:

• OCP 3.11 and OCP 4.x
• Ansible
