Have you been working within the financial services industry? Have you previously worked within a Brokerage? Or know what a Brokers role entails? Do you have excellent management skills? Do you work in a hands on manner? Have you worked in a highly regulated environment?
This is what you’ll be doing
You will be working with a very dynamic, forward thinking and growing team within a creative capacity!
- Manage a team of 4-6 people.
- Speak directly with brokers to support them through to the mortgage offer stage.
- Support your team in a hands-on manner, dealing with their day to day challenges
- Quality Assurance/ Control- checking your colleagues file reviews/ cases to ensure compliant
The experience you’ll bring to the team
- You will be driven, and hungry to succeed and achieve
- Knowledge of a Brokers role would be beneficial!
- Underwriting case experience
- Quality Assurance experience
- Team Management experience
