OPERATIONS SUPPORT AGENT, INSIDE IR35, £23 PER HOUR, ONE STAGE VIRTUAL INTERVIEW, 35 HOUR PER WEEK, 12 MONTH CONTRACT (LIKELIHOOD TO EXTEND), ONESITE FULL TIME

Yolk Recruitment are looking for a Operations Support Agent to work with a leading Defence company in the Broughton plant. The successful candidate will work with the production management team to influence and drive change in an established wing manufacturing facility. As well as perform day to day Operational support to the team.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement/waste elimination of business governance and associated reviews

• Provide lean coaching to Operations managers & their teams

• Work alongside all business levels, adapting to changing landscapes within the business

• Anticipate risks and find business improvement opportunities through data analysis
