Payroll Administrator

Are you a super organised Payroll Administrator? Can you support the preparation of Payroll? Have you worked within a business support role in the past? Do you have excellent attention to detail?

This is what you’ll be doing

You will be working for a very forward-thinking business and will be supporting the finance function as well as both the Health and Safety Manager, and Training Manager. Your tasks will include:

·        Preparing payroll, ensuring that all timesheets are in on time and that all information has been recorded correctly.
Answer any payroll-based queries in a timely manner

·        Support the finance team with adhoc tasks such as data entry and reconciliations.

·        Upload reports onto Excel

·        Support the Training and Health and Safety Manger with diary arrangements.

The experience you’ll bring to the team

·        Previous experience working with Payroll; preparing for accounts

·        Strong Excel skills

·        Excellent attention to detail

·        Great communication skills.

And this is what you’ll get in return

£25,000 per annum. Monday to Friday working predominately in the office, with some flexibility with working from home.
