Practice Manager
Yolk Recruitment are excited to be closely working with Leading Family Law Firm based in the heart of Cardiff, to find a driven and experienced Practice Manager to join their team.
They are a well-known and leading firm, who are dedicated to supporting their clients through their difficult times by empowering them with options that will get the right outcome for them. They cover various areas of Family Law and aim to reach an early resolution to their client’s issues through their expert advice and knowledge.
What you’ll be doing?
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Practice Manager to join a busy and dynamic Family Law based in Cardiff City Centre. You will work closely with the directors to ensure the smooth running of the office. You will also:
Complete various internal administrative tasks within the firm
Support and monitor all compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
Work closely with various managers and fee earners, to ensure accurate reporting and support with any issues or queries they may have
Drive and manage the full recruitment process of team members into the firm, and complete various HR administrative tasks
Develop ideas and initiatives to support with the growth of the business and its development
Implement and spearhead new strategies into the business alongside the business consultant
Ensure all budget preparations are completed and managed accurately and effectively
What you’ll bring to the team?
As a confident Practice Manager, you will have previous experience working within a management position and will be exceptionally commercially minded. You will also have:
Previous experience within professional services would be ideal but isn’t essential
A great understanding of corporate finance, and knowledge of compliance would be handy but if not, the willingness to learn
An appetite and desire to drive a business forward
Fantastic relationship building skills with people on all levels, and confidence in senior stakeholder management
Excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office
An outgoing and confident personality
