Yolk Recruitment are partnered exclusively with a leading Fintech business with a Global presence. We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to join a high performing and growing team. This new role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer and offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the product marketing strategy, both to new prospects and existing clients. The position would suit a strong wordsmith and excellent copy writer who is capable of understanding technical products, and marketing them to a non technical audience!
Here's what you’ll be doing:
- Overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of an integrated product marketing strategy ensuring that clients are kept up to date, educated and are getting the most from their platform.
- Working with the wider marketing team to promote product suite to prospective clients through multi-channel campaigns including (but not limited to) product documentation, email marketing, digital resources and social media.
- Developing excellent relationships with key members of the product, commercial and technology teams, acting as their ‘go to’ contact within the marketing team and becoming the conduit for information sharing between teams.
- Managing the positioning and messaging of product suite to ensure information is conveyed clearly to all audiences.
- Project managing the creation of multimedia content that educates users about the benefits of products and can be utilised across a variety of channels.
- Identify opportunities for products to be recognised through independent awards and manage the associated application processes.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:
- You’ll have a minimum of 2 – 3 years experience in coordinating or managing a product marketing related activity.
- Demonstrable knowledge of product positioning, messaging and campaign planning.
- An eye for detail and passionate about becoming the marketing team’s ‘product champion’.
- Strong copy-writing and content creation skills, including the ability to convey product features and functionality in a clear and understandable manner.
- Experience of managing multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with minimal supervision.
