Previous experience is desirable but not essential, making this a good opportunity for someone looking to build a career in manufacturing.

Key responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow production procedures, work instructions and health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor production processes and ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Carry out routine checks on machinery and finished products.
• Identify and report production, quality or equipment issues.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Work towards daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Complete production records and paperwork accurately.
• Work effectively as part of a wider production team.
• Follow company policies, procedures and safe working practices at all times
