​Property Call Handler / Telephonist



A long established, reputable law firm with exciting growth plans are looking for 2 telephonists to join their busy property team in Chepstow.

The Opportunity

You will assist legal professionals dealing with residential property matters, in a 9-5 telephone based role, providing updates to clients, estate agents, other solicitors and other third parties.

This is a purely telephone based role and so you must have experience in this capacity.

You will be part of a team with big growth plans with a focus of client satisfaction.

The experience you need for this role

•A minimum of 6 months experience in residential property is desirable but not essential if you have experience withing a phone based role

•Experience in estate agency calls will be considered

•A law degree / DGL / LPC is desirable but not essential

•Knowledge of the conveyancing process is also desirable but not essential

•Excellent client care skills
