Property Paralegal/ Conveyancing Assistant

Are you an experienced property paralegal, looking for a new opportunity in a top 100 UK conveyancing practice? If so a highly regarded law firm are looking for you to join them in their Conveyancing team based in their Pontypridd office.

This is what you’ll be doing

Whilst further progressing your career in residential property you will also:

• You will be progressing residential conveyancing matters on active files

• You will be assisting the senior fee earners with more complex matters

• Dealing with both sales and purchase files

• You will work closely with the Fee Earners enabling them to operate to optimum efficiency

• Take charge of arranging meetings and appointments whilst keeping an up to date diary for the Partner

• Attend client meetings both in person and on the telephone

• Carry out a variety of duties and responsibilities required by the Partner

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• 6 month previous experience within Residential Conveyancing is required

• Possess good Microsoft office, word and excel skills

• Excellent communication skills and client care
