Property Paralegal

Cardiff

Full time and Part time will be considered

Salary up to £23,000

The Opportunity

A multi service commercial law firm are recruiting into their highly reputable Commercial Property team, based in Cardiff. There are opportunities for a full time Paralegal as well as a part time Paralegal and residential property experience will be considered.

This is what you will be doing:

You will join a team of highly regarded property lawyers for commercial clients. You will have direct client interaction and assist Solicitors dealing with Real Estate matters.

​

Duties will include:

• Opening and closing files

• Utilising a Case Management System

• Monitoring incoming post and email correspondence

• Attend client meetings in person

• Updating clients in a timely manner on the progress of their case on the phone, email and in person

• Generating initial client care letters

• Offer fee quotations

• Requesting redemption statements

• Completing sales and purchases

• Assisting with the release of funds

• Dealing with post-completion duties including registering purchases

• Assisting with the billing process

• General administrative tasks

​

The experience you will bring to the team.

• The LLB / LPC / GDL is essential

• Experience in property is essential (residential or commercial)

• Excellent academics

• You must be a team player

• This is a full-time permanent position with a requirement to work in the office.
