Quality Assurance

Are you currently working within the Financial Services industry? Are you working within a Quality/ Compliance role? Are you familiar with mortgages? Are you looking to join a business that can offer extensive progression and growth?

This is what you'll be doing

You will be working within a brand new and developed close-knit team, reporting into your Manager and completing the following tasks:

· You will be primarily looking at the mortgage application from start to finish ensuring quality standards and regulations are hit.

· Review calls- pre-qualification calls/ full mortgage advice calls / Quote back to customer and provide recommendation

· Check inputs onto the system, has the advisor got all the information and inputted accurately?

· Check documents- application pack gets sent to customer, is all paperwork correct?

· Checking of calls in depth to ensure compliance and quality is met.

· Checking start to finish the full account review.

· Take part in call calibration to give feedback on what they are seeing.

The experience you'll bring to the team

· Previous experience working within financial services

· Experience within a quality/ compliance related role

· Experience/ understanding of mortgages and their process would be beneficial but not compulsory!
