Recruitment Administrator – 5 months

Yolk is hiring for a not-for-profit organisation who work in partnership with families and other professionals to deliver high quality support services that empower people.
 
The role is for a recruitment administrator for an initial period of 6 months with a possibility of extension.
 
What the Recruitment Administrator will be doing
  • Provide a professional, confidential, and effective level of support, engagement and administration tasks to support the objectives of the resourcing strategy
  • Engaging with candidates and stakeholders
  • Advertising internal and external vacancies
  • Process and screen all candidate applications
  • Arrange interviews
  • Administration of contracts
  • Pre employment vetting
  • Educate, inform, and promote equality, diversity and inclusion in all activities and actions across the organisation.
What the Recruitment Administrator will bring to the team
  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong Microsoft office experience
  • Experience in providing detailed analysis of a range of data
  • Can demonstrate a readiness to make decisions
  • Maintain effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure.
Recruitment experience is a desirable, but this is not essential, and this role is perfect for someone who is looking to take their first steps into the recruitment industry.
