A long established, reputable law firm with exciting growth plans are looking for 2 experienced residential property fee earners to join their team in Chepstow.

The Opportunity

You will run a busy file load of residential property matters from start to finish, to include sales and purchases of properties, sale of land and re-mortgage matters.

To assist you deal with the legal requirements of this job, you will have a Client Services team to deal with all chasers and post completion matters, in order to free up your time to fee earn.

You will be part of a team with big growth plans with a focus of client satisfaction.

The experience you need for this role

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a residential property case load

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Excellent client care skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Supervisory experience is desirable but not essential
