Sales Advisor

A successful and leading insurance provider based near Cardiff Bay is looking for driven Sales Advisors to join their Income Protection or Private Medical Insurance teams.
What you’ll be doing
As an experienced sales advisor, you’ll be working within either the Income Protection Or Private Medical insurance team to provide quotations and information to interested customers. You will also:
  • Follow a sale process, including fact finding, eligibility checks and follow up communication
  • Build and develop relationships with customers, brokers and other teams to ensure the best customer service possible
  • Ensure all documentation and databases are accurate, up to date and compliant
  • Regularly liaise with various insurers to ensure the best terms are being secured for clients
  • Processing various payments for clients, ensuring a high level of accuracy at all times
  • Complete various administrative tasks
The experience you’ll bring to the team
As a bright and hardworking sales advisor, you will have previous experience in a sales environment as well as:
  • Experience within Insurance would be beneficial but is not essential
  • Passion for providing excellent customer service at all times, with a level of understanding and empathy
  • Drive to meet and exceed all targets set
  • Good IT and administration skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with people of all levels.
  • The ability to work as part of a team but also be self-motivated to work alone.
  • Experience in multitasking and working under pressure.
