Sales and Installations Coordinator

Yolk Recruitment are excited to be working with global Health care Solutions provider, to find a confident and driven Sales and Installations Coordinator to join their team in Cardiff.

What you'll be doing?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales and Installations Coordinator to join a successful and growing Health care Solutions Provider in Cardiff. You will work to support the sales and other internal teams to manage all aspects of the order, through to installation. You will also:

  • Assist in handling various complex queries from customers
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all suppliers, clients and customers through relationship building
  • Process quotes from the sales team to assist with processing orders
  • Liaise with suppliers to ensure correct stock levels and be aware of lead times
  • Directly support in coordinating customers and engineers for installation of products
  • Organise the distribution of supplies and products in line with the installation and engineers dates and times
  • Support with credit and recharges when needed
  • Ensure all systems and databases are accurate and kept up to date at all times

What you'll bring to the team?

As a friendly and confident Sales and Installations Coordinator, you will have previous experience within administration and customer service, with excellent communication skills with people on all levels. You'll also have:

  • A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask easily.
  • Project management experience would be handy but isn't essential
  • Excellent written and numerical skills, and exceptional IT skills, including in Microsoft office.
  • The ability to prioritise your own workload and manage your time effectively
