Yolk Recruitment are recruiting for Scrum Masters at Manager level with one of our large consultancy clients to work on multiple exciting projects.
You will help our consultants’ clients transform their engagement and remover blockers to shape the organisations Agile Journey.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of cutting-edge projects and with world lead clients. To meet and work with the clients there is a travel requirement of 60% within London.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Product Owner in delivering their Product aspirations in a timely and cost-effective manner – ensuring enough planning is conducted to identify the correct approach to obtain ‘buy-in’ for delivery of critical dependencies.
- Support and Guide Scrum rituals & workshops enabling teams to deliver benefit by coaching teams on Agile/Scrum principles and values.
- Leading the Scrum and Agile development teams with experience of different methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban etc.
- Protect the team from outside distractions as they develop new software solutions in areas such has Financial Crime, Digital Business Operations and Regulatory Compliance
- Supporting projects through the release pipeline, including ensuring releases have been load tested.
- Evaluating the overall development and integration of Epics and Features – including prioritising burndown lists.
Skills:
- Experience as a Scrum Master with an understanding of project management techniques
- Skilled in project management tools, such as: Microsoft Project, CORA PPM, DevOps, Jira, Kanban, Basecamp, Monday, Microsoft or Google Office tools.
- Agile Delivery within software development sector
- Industry Experience within Software Development or Business Transformation projects
