This is what you’ll be doing

You will work for a social and collaborative second charge mortgage company in the heart of Cardiff.

• Speaking with brokers and IFA’s over the phone to assess applications for second charge mortgages
• Driving appointments generation campaigns that lead to warm sales appointments
• Manage your pipeline
• Ensure there is sold alignment and communication in place
• Build strong customer relationships

The experience you’ll bring to the team

• CeMap qualified
• Second charge sector experience
• Excellent communication and a good problem solver
• Able to prove a track record in generating new business
• Confidence and resilience
