Security Risk and Governance Manager

​We are working with a large not for profit company who are looking for a Security Risk and Governance Manager to join their team. The role will be responsible for overseeing and reporting on all elements of Security Risk and Governance across the Business. You will play an integral role in leading the Security function.

This is what you’ll be doing as Security Risk and Governance manager

  •          Managing oversight of Security risk and promoting a culture of good governance and risk awareness

  •          Ensuring Security risks are monitored and updated across the business

  •          Reporting Security risk into the Enterprise risk management framework and ensuring Security risk is raised up effectively to Executive level

  •          Ensuring regulatory and company/group Security requirements are met and that there is suitable evidence to support this

  •          Ensure all changes to policies, procedures, projects and regulations are fully embedded within the business and, where appropriate, that the appropriate testing is undertaken

The experience you’ll bring to the team

  •          Relevant professional certifications such as CISM/CISSP/CRISC

  •          Demonstrate skills and expertise in terms of the implementation and use of Critical Security Controls

  •          Understand security governance frameworks

  •          Experience of being able to demonstrate their ability to manage the implementation a complex control framework across a large enterprise environment.
