Are you an experienced and competent Marketing Executive who thrives in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment? Are you immediately available and able to accept a role on a 12 month fixed term contract basis? Yolk Recruitment are partnered exclusively with a leading specialist media organisation to hire a highly capable and efficient Senior Marketing Executive.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Leading and owning end-to-end campaign management and delivery following the correct processes and procedures, whilst documenting and recommending a clear test and learn strategy and reporting framework.
- Proactively reviewing and monitoring campaign performance and putting forward recommendations for improvements.
- Managing all stakeholders throughout the delivery of projects and keeping them updated and informed as the needs dictate.
- Supporting wider team on all squad-based activity, which includes contributing to reviews, regular updates across the business on channel performance and representing the CRM team in team meetings where applicable.
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:
This is a fast paced and engaging role that will suit someone who whilst confident in their abilities, is also keen to develop and grow professionally on a daily basis.
- You’ll have experience of using a campaign management system and delivering end- to-end marketing campaigns.
- You’ll have a sound understanding of a range of digital marketing channels.
- You’ll have an understanding of customer segmentation and modelling techniques.
- Experience of producing detailed creative and content briefs.
- The ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvements.
- Knowledge of SFMC, ability to build campaigns using Automation Studio and basic HTML skills (desirable)
- Advanced Excel and data manipulation skills (desirable)
- Understanding of JIRA and other workflow-based tools (desirable)
