We’re looking for an ambitious Production Manager to join a collaborative senior leadership team. You’ll work with colleagues to ensure a robust site wide operation, drive ongoing improvements in Quality, Delivery and Cost, coordinate continuous improvement and change management initiatives and motivate and develop the people around while you work towards achieving your own defined career development plan.

This is what you’ll be doing
Responsibilities include:
- People management of C100 direct and indirect staff across days and shift operations
- Delivery of the Production plan
- Driving culture and behaviours in line with company values and business goals
- Business Strategy setting and delivery
- Coordinating continuous improvement and change management initiatives.
- Coordinating inter departmental collaborations
- In-process and Customer Quality for all products
- Communication and presentation of operational performance at all business levels
- Environmental, Health and Safety responsibility for your Team
And what you’ll bring to the team
- Knowledge of 5S, 8D/6 Sigma problem solving techniques
- Proven experience leading successful teams and inter-departmental collaboration
- An appreciation of the importance of culture and people management
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Demonstrable change management experience and an aptitude to promote new ways of working
- Strong Communication & Leadership skills
