The Opportunity
Yolk Recruitment Public Sector & Not-for-Profit team has partnered with a large public sector organisation to recruit a Senior Solution Architect to join their team. They are an extraordinary organisation based in Cardiff with a diverse workforce and inclusive culture.
They have an exciting opportunity to make their own path for this new and exciting role! They are looking for someone to hit the ground running and really support the team. You will be joining a well-established and mature team who support the Enterprise Applications function.
What the Senior Solution Architect will be doing
The ideal Senior Solution Architect will be required to form part of the delivery team, working with the Lead Enterprise Architect, Cyber Security team, and 3rd party delivery partners and contractors.
- Define and maintain the solution architecture and applications roadmap
- Work with higher members of the team to understand implications of the proposed solution design.
- Ensure current architecture is defined and maintained to agreed standards, supporting, and adhering to defined architectural principles.
What the successful Senior Solution Architect will bring to the team
They are looking for someone who has a strong background in Solution Architecture.
- SAP background or familiarity with SAP
- Focus of ECC
- Someone who can hit the ground running and make their own path for this new and exciting role
- Data Modelling background
- Integration patterns understanding
- Able to take a requirement and marry these to the project
