Service and Warranty Coordinator

Yolk Recruitment are proud to be working exclusively with a global and leading Aerotech company to find a confident and experienced Service and Warranty Coordinator to join their team in Bridgend.

As an industry leading company, they take pride in providing innovative solutions to their customers and sell critical equipment and services to domestic and international air transportation customers.

This is what you'll be doing

This is an excellent opportunity for a Service and Warranty Coordinator to join a dynamic and successful business, with a head office in the USA and the main office base of Bridgend. You will work closely with the Engineering Department and field service engineers to ensure correct parts are available. You will also:

  • Be the main point of contact between engineers, customers and warranty teams to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner
  • Manage any customer contract issues and enquiries, providing excellent customer service to all
  • Input all service requirements and jobs onto the system and follow them through the full process
  • Liaise with customers when needed to agree labour and expenses rates in line with quotations provided
  • Manage and process any warranty claims efficiently and accurately
  • Identify any needed labour or parts, place orders, raise requisitions and organise delivery
  • Accurately maintain the production log for manufactured items for both warranties and services
  • Plan and coordinate customer and site visits with the service team
  • Complete various reports for the finance team and various managers
  • Ensure all databases, systems, logs and trackers are accurate and up to date

The experience you'll bring to the team

As a driven Service and Warranty Coordinator, a background and experience within a manufacturing environment would be beneficial but is not essential. You'll also have:

  • Fantastic organisation and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise own workload
  • Exceptional communication skills with people at all levels
  • Experience working to tight deadlines and under pressure, with the ability to multitask.
  • Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and various database systems

As a Service and Warranty Coordinator, you will receive a salary up to £26,393 depending upon experience, alongside:

  • A 37.5 hour work week, with flexible hours between Monday - Friday, 7am - 6pm
