If you are passionate Fullstack Developer, our client is a giant in the media industry with presence all around the world, with their experienced tech team right here in Cardiff! You will have strong experience as a FullStack Developer and be able to work within small agile teams and contribute to all aspects of the product development process. You will build well-crafted, reliable software using technologies listed below.
Work closely with platform users, company leadership and your team to create innovative solutions for new features. Maintain and improve the performance, maintainability, and quality of existing solutions. You will be able to write code to a high standard. You will be flexible and willing to accept changes in priorities as necessary.
This is what you'll be doing
As a FullStack Developer you will be working with a small Agile team who all design, implement, test, deploy, test-drive and pair-program.
- Developing, maintaining, and supporting the technology platform
- Develop reliable software using React, TypeScript, NodeJS, AWS EMR, Docker, AWS API Gateway, AWS Lambdas, Python, SQL and noSQL Databases etc.
- Formulate innovative solutions for new product features, whilst improving existing solutions
What we are looking for:
We are looking for experienced engineers that want to move towards the technology stack out client uses; your engineering approach is the key requirement rather than specific tools or language experience. As they have a technology agnostic hiring process.
