This is what you’ll be doing

       Prepare work to be estimated by gathering service reports, proposals, drawing specs & technical data & other related documents

       Identify labour, material, access & onsite time requirements by studying proposals, drawings, specs & other related documents.

       Work with Service & Sales staff coordinating contributions from all into proposals.

       Obtain & review offers & quotes from subcontractors or vendors

       Assist & identify new suppliers & build relationships with key vendors (subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.) as necessary.

        Produce computer generated quotation against the estimated costs inclusive of all equipment, labour & materials

        Risk assessing the content of the estimate & quotation to ensure required GM can be achieved.

        Co-ordinate with clients on all changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the estimate process.

        Support existing sales team by creating processes to utilise existing data to routinely generate leads for external sales team (e.g. terminated contracts, lapsed contracts, remedials) optimising the use of available systems

        Support external sales team assisting in the generation of leads by referring incoming or pre-existing opportunities to them and/or booking customer visits and/or providing ancillary sales support, such as the completion of PQQs.

        Develop upselling strategies and business plans, Ideas may include upselling of outstanding system repair work, upselling mid-year inspection visits, upselling pre-authorisation to carry out certain small repair work from van stock.

·        Previous experience within a similar role is essential

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Must be able to drive due to the location
