Are you exceptional at managing websites, their content and SEO? Do you enjoy delivering excellent user experience for your customers? This might just be the role for you.
This exciting and multifaceted role based in Bridgend or London would suit someone with a good understanding of the latest digital technology, best practices, and emerging trends. The successful candidate for this role will manage and own development of the website and traffic acquisition to achieve strategic targets.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Working with various stakeholders to manage the CMS to meet business needs and standards
- Developing a comprehensive UX strategy that brings simplicity and user-friendliness across the website and other assets
- Organising and reporting on usability testing and market research
- Creation and delivery of tailored experiences to users
- Periodic content audits of the website
- Developing a detailed SEO strategy to achieve search engine targets, including keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation
- Optimising written content for SEO
- Developing and implementing a link building strategy
- Keeping up-to-date with changes and best practices in the industry within SEO
The skills and experience you’ll bring to the team:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Marketing or Web related)
- Demonstrable experience in a similar digital marketing role
- Proficiency in the following:
- UX
- SEO
- Project Management
- HTML
- CSS
- Performance marketing
- Strategic planning and budget management
- Data driven with skills in analytics
- Confident in creating and presenting slide decks
- Self motivated and self directed with good time management skills
- Team oriented
- Attention to detail with the ability to see through projects beginning to end
- Ability to foresee potential problems and address them accordingly
- Be proactive, solutions and with a can-do attitude
- Ability to travel as required (5%)
