Sales Support
Sales support roles require a high level of customer service and administration skills as you’ll work across the various sales admin processes. These could include preparing lease proposals and documentation, organising customer service related daily tasks and working on the pipeline strategy.
Customer service is highly important within sales support roles as you will be taking ownership of deal queries as well as developing and maintaining strong working relationships with vendors, customers and internal team members.
FCA regulations experience is required as you will also have to ensure all processes are done accordingly to them, including those revolving around lease proposals and documentation.
SALES SUPPORT KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, organising and prioritising daily tasks to maintain high quality customer service
- Ensuring processes follow the regulations
- Executing the pipeline management strategy set for the team
- Handling deal queries and resolving them in a timely manner
