The Opportunity: As a Business Change Manager, you will play an essential role in the successful implementation of a new HR/Payroll and Finance system. The primary responsibility is to ensure that the Group can smoothly transition from the current state to the desired future state. This Organisation has offices across the UK so you can be based at your nearest location, however London or Cardiff are preferred locations. Responsibilities: Predominantly working in the adult team but working across all support services to provide advice and guidance to staff as needed. Yolk Public Sector join the panel for "Careers in the Charity Sector"
Cardiff Metropolitan University invited Yolk Public Sector to join their panel discussion on Careers in the Charity Sector on 28th January 2021. Yolk help DVLA recruit specialist roles
We are thrilled to have helped DVLA recruit a range of specialist roles which they previously were struggling to fill. Via the Crown Commercial Permanent Framework, we helped to create a bespoke vacancy advertising solution for DVLA and ran a dual-branded campaign. With 100% fill rate, we were able to work within both the budget and time restraints with 4 candidates appointed.
