Ultimately the proof is in the pudding. As soon as we agree to work together, finding that perfect candidate will be our absolute aim and you will be surprised by the original, open and effective communication and results you receive.  After all, Recruitment Consultancies tend to live or die by the sword and are judged by the end result.  You will be surprised by our honesty.  If we only feel we have one or two candidates that we'd recommend you interview, then that's all we'll send you. No padding. No making up the numbers - it's not our style

We screen and the check references of all our candidates

Most our candidates are sourced from referrals rather than from advertising your vacancies this means we find reliable and proven people. We have inhouse interview suites (available to our clients) to screen all candidates, we don't just rely on what their CVs say, we use our experience are recruiters and our indepth knowledge of our roles to analyse and assess all candidates. We base our findings not just on education, experience and achievements but also on personality and how they would fit into your team. We also go one step further by checking all reference before passing any candidates onto to you. We then provide you with only the best candidates and rather than bombard you with a heap of poor formatted CVs we send you a concise and universal summary of each candidate making it simpler for you to compare them.
