HR Insights - Ageism in the Workplace
Yolk Recruitment is back hosting the next HR Insights session dedicated to helping businesses tackle Ageism within the workplace. Once again we'll be joined by resident speaker Anna-Denton Jones of Refreshing Law who will talk through the legal implications of dealing with Ageism across organisations.
Ageism is the 'newest' form of protection under the Equality Act 2010, having been introduced in October 2006. This sessions will look at what we have learned since then and how the case law is developing, including considering if predictions around age have come true and whether employers are neglecting this area.
