As our Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key part in keeping the organisation running smoothly and ensuring colleagues always have what they need.

  • You'll manage daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating diaries and handling incoming enquiries to keep the team organised and supported.
  • You'll prepare documents, reports and correspondence, helping ensure information is clear, accessible and professionally presented.
  • You'll maintain internal systems, records and databases, keeping information accurate and up to date across the business.
  • You'll support wider team projects, events and activities, assisting with planning, logistics and communications.
  • You'll act as a friendly, reliable point of contact for staff, visitors and stakeholders, helping create a welcoming and efficient office environment.
