Area Manager - Commercial Cleaning
Location: Swindon / Bath / Bristol
Salary: £34,000 + company vehicle + phone + laptop + benefits
Type: Full-time, Permanent

What You'll Do

Oversee multiple commercial cleaning contracts across your region
Carry out regular site visits, audits, and quality inspections
Lead inductions, deliver training, and provide ongoing staff support
Build strong client relationships and resolve any service issues promptly
Work closely with the Operations Director to support business growth

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year's experience in cleaning, facilities management, or soft FM
Confident communicator with strong leadership skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
Flexible and proactive approach - this isn't a 9-5 desk role
