Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager. Are you an experience BDM? Looking to approach a new challenge? And maybe take on board a small team? Keen eye for progression and passing knowledge to younger upcoming sales staff?

My Client are a massive player in the technology space looking to hire a new Business Development Manager to take their sales to new heights, whilst also managing a small team of excited young trainee BDM’s.

What you’ll be doing:

The successful candidate will be able to perform and hit sales driven targets and KPI’s while developing and guiding the Business Development team.

• Based in UK

• Identifying and closing new business leads

• Presenting forecasts and pipeline to sales directors

• Managing the BDM trainee scheme

• Coach trainees on best practise

• Review phone calls and mentor existing telesales team.

Experience requirements:

• Previous B2B field sales experience

• Management experience (desirable)

• Previous SaaS based or Telecoms market knowledge

• A will to learn and inspire others

• Proven track record of exceeding target based sales

Benefits:

• £35,000 - £50,000 Depending on Experience
