Commercial Property Solicitor

Salary: Up to £60,000.00 (DOE)

Location: Devizes

Yolk are currently working with a prestigious and well regarded law firm based in central Wiltshire who are looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor to join there successful team. With long standing members of staff and a national footprint, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and modern commercial practice with a reputation for conducting work more commonly associated with larger practices.
This is what you'll be doing:

• Handling London-based and local Commercial Property work
• Managing large-scale development schemes including option agreements, promotion agreements, and accompanying planning agreements
• Supporting national healthcare clients on all their property requirements, from complex landlord and tenant leases to new healthcare facilities, including public/private partnerships and healthcare collaborations
• Managing all property work for large landed Estates
• Working on renewables, sales and purchases of commercial property, landlord and tenant, re-financing, and licensed trade projects

The experience you'll bring to the team:

• 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Property work
• A genuine passion for Commercial Property work and a desire to work with a diverse range of clients on a variety of projects
• Knowledge of sales and purchases of commercial property, development of land and buildings, landlord and tenant, and renewables
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
